A lot of singers seem to be shaving their heads these days, but Lady Gaga's reasons have nothing to do with trying to be trendy. She did it to honor her friend Terry Richardson's mother, who recently passed away.
“I did it for u Terry,” she wrote on Twitter, with a picture. “I’m sorry about ure mommy."
Richardson announced his mother's passing on his blog, and posted several pictures of her in the hospital.
"R.I.P. Annie Lomax, My Mom 1938-2012," he wrote.
