Between having roles in Ted and NBC’s Community, Joel McHale’s stock has never been higher. And now, according to The Hollywood Reporter, the famous funnyman has signed on for at least two more seasons as the host of The Soup on the E! network. McHale also singed a deal with Sony Pictures Television to launch more scripted television shows for the studio.

McHale did all of this through his newly-launched production company, Free Period Productions. This new deal with E! also requires McHale to produce more non-scripted shows for the network in the future. In addition to that, he will also be seen on Sons of Anarchy this season as well. Expect to see a lot more of McHale on your TV in the coming years.
