Kate Middleton may have set a new trend. After taking legal action to block French gossip mag Closer from publishing more topless photos of her, Heidi Klum is now considering following her lead.
Klum may potentially file a lawsuit against a photographer who snapped photos of her sunbathing sans bikini while vacationing in the South of France.
The pictures are floating around the web— people, Google is your friend— and Klum is trying to track down the mag who originally published them. She insists her privacy was violated because she was in a secluded area at the time the photos were taken. Which would, ya'know, be an invasion of privacy.
Will all celebrities be doing this now? Middleton is royalty, so that gives her a leg up. Klum, not so much. Let's see how this plays out.
