This may have been the flight from hell, but it certainly had some entertaining moments. 39-year-old Bela Chopra was already wasted when she boarded a flight leaving Dubai, then called more attention to herself by being a complete asshole. During the in-flight meal, she started stealing food from other passengers, then decided to wash it down with a bottle of whiskey that she snuck onto the plane.
Her obnoxious behavior continued, as she tried to use the bathroom when the plane was taking off, and then rudely requested music because, as she put it, "I just want some fucking music on." Men crew members tried to quiet her, she told them to "fuck off." She was later arrested, and explained that she got drunk because she's afraid of flying.
Let's see if a judge is sympathetic.
