Saved by the Bell may have been about a group of unforgettable high school students, but one of the best characters in the series just happened to be their principal, Mr. Belding. Played by Dennis Haskins, this misguided educator’s battles with Zack Morris was the backbone of the entire series, and it solidified the show's place as a cult favorite.
