Sony, in a surprisingly cool move, has decided to make Borderlands 2 available for download on the PlayStation Network. The game will be made available to download on the same day, September 18, as it is available in hard copy from retailers.
Not a bad plan for those of you that want to avoid the crush of the devoted that will be in line come September 18. The release date will see hard copies released for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. What do you guys think? Is this a smart move on Sony's part? Let us know on Twitter.
