Perpetuating the shit-storm that Missouri Republican Rep. Todd Akin started when he commented that not all rapes are "legitimate," Republican Wisconsin Lt. Governor Rebecca Kleefisch gave an interview at a pro-life rally in downtown Madison, Wisconsin yesterday where she initially berated Akin before promptly switching her stance when it's mentioned that VP nominee Paul Ryan supports a bill that suggests the same thing Akin was saying.

"Rape is a rape. I don't know how you can categorize it, and it's disgusting that Todd Akin would have tried to categorize it," she said into the tape recorder, before the interviewer pointed out that Paul Ryan supports a bill that does exactly that. "Well," Kleefisch responded, "I think there is a way to have a more forcible rape, the same way there are different types of assault."
