Last night, meme-inspiring Republican Presidential nominee Mitt Romney arrived at the Republican National Convention in Tampa, FL, knowing that he had to one-up GOP VP nom Paul Ryan's controversial speech and give the speech of his life. Instead, he was upstaged by Clint Eastwood interrogating an imaginary President Obama. He made an emotional appeal to voters, subtly attacked the President's failure to revive the flailing economy, and promised to provide 12 million new jobs (though he didn't articulate how).
Was his speech a success? Only Twitter's amateur pundits know for sure: Twitter Reacts To Mitt Romney's Republican National Convention Speech.
