22-year-old John Matthew Juan has been arrested after killing his father because the man wouldn't let him borrow his car. John Juan Sr., 65, let his son into his home on Sunday, but denied his son's request to borrow his vehicle. The younger Juan became angry, and during an argument, pulled out a gun and shot his father in the arms and head.
Juan Sr. died at the scene of the crime, and Juan Jr. was charged with second degree murder. He's deservedly being held without bond.
