Blizzard has announced today that they have been the subject of a widespread breach on their internal network. Posting through an "important security update", they have announced that some people's personal data may be at risk.
Blizzard president Mike Morhaime reassures account holders that while no financial data has been compromised, he does admit that some security questions, passwords, and emails have been the subject of this hacking.
"Based on what we currently know, this information alone is NOT enough for anyone to gain access to Battle.net accounts," Morhaine admits.
Blizzard is encouraging everyone to change their passwords, just in case.
