The Federal Trade Commission has voted on Facebook's acquisition of Instagram. The Commission held a private investigation after the deal was announced in May. The Commission voted 5-0 giving Facebook the green light to proceed as planned.

Initially, the Instagram deal was a hot topic of discussion in the tech world because of the rumored $1 billion price tag. It was later revealed that the deal was actually a combination of cash and stock and is currently priced at $747 million due to Facebook's fluctuating stock value.

Who thinks Instagram regrets being acquired?
