Taylor Swift is so smitten with Conor Kennedy, she's decided to move to be closer to him. Last week, she purchased a house in Hyannis Port, Mass., across the street from where Conor's grandmother Ethel lives.
"It's in a beautiful location and right across the street from Conor and the Kennedys," a realtor in Hyannis, Mass., told PEOPLE. "It's a beautiful home. She got a nice home, paid fair price. The house was on the market for two to four years."
It wasn't a small purchase, either. The crib has 13 rooms, including seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, and she's said to have paid $4.9 million for it (way less than the $14 million it was originally listed for).
But the biggest selling point for the house is obviously its proximity to love, which has no price. Right?
