Routers and access points are no longer just used for Internet access. A surveillance device has been developed which can actually spy on people in buildings. The device is about the size of a suitcase and can "see" through brick walls determining the location, speed, and direction of a person.
The surveillance device was developed by researchers in England and the U.K. Ministry of Defence is planning on using the device as a line of defense during "urban warfare". Easy to say the people of the U.K. are not trilled with their government walking around with mini Call Of Duty UAV's.
