Undead Labs has finally revealed to the world their newest open-world, sandbox zombie survival game, State of Decay. Microsoft will be publishing the game for the Xbox 360 and PC.
State of Decay will be set in an open world, 3rd person action title. The developers over at Undead Labs had this to say about the game,
"You choose where to make your stand, designing and fortifying your home base, performing daring raids for food and ammunition, and rescuing other playable survivors with unique talents."
I know that the zombie survival may be heading towards a jumping the shark moment in our collective pop-culture, but as long as developers keep making the titles feel fresh, then there will be no shortage of willing zombie slayers.
Plus, I think I saw a lady drop kick a zombie in the trailer. Never done that before.
