Capcom and French development team Dontnod Entertainment have finally given us a firm release date for their newest joint, Remember Me. May 2013 will see the debut on PC, Xbox 360, and PS3.

The story looks to be a healthy stew of Wiliam Gibson cyber-punk and dystopian singularity paranoia. In other words, completely awesome.

The game is set in Neo-Paris in the year 2084, "where memories are bought and sold." Memoryeyes, your employer, buys and stores memories in 'the cloud'. Obviously something is rotten in Denmark. You play as Nilin, an elite memory hunter, who surprise, surprise falls victim to the same memory pillaging she's been inflicting on others. She wakes up with no memories and has to figure out what exactly has happened to her.

The gameplay looks to have a healthy amount of third person action, but only time will tell. What do you think? Let us know on Twitter.
