29-year-old Harley Joseph was fired from his job as a janitor at LaGuardia Community College in Long Island City, Queens, after he offered a high school student as much money as she wanted to suck her toes. He originally approached the girl, a student at Middle College High School, for a dinner date last November. She declined, and he left her alone. Until February.

Joseph allegedly told the girl that she had "nice feet," and offered her $100 to let him suck her toes. When she refused, he took out his wallet and offered her as much cash as she wanted. She declined again, so Joseph grabbed her by the wrist and tried to lead her to a secluded place. She was able to break away from his grasp and flee.

Police began an investigation, but dropped it after learning that Joseph had been transferred.
