How does one sell weed, watch kids and enforce the law out of one house? It's easy—you don't. 29-year-old police officer Jamie Fanton was busted for growing weed and running an unlicensed daycare center from his Clarendon, NY home. Police responded to a call about illegal dumping and discovered trashbags full of weed that they believed came from Fanton and 25-year-old Jasmine Almeter's home. They were right.

In addition to finding several marijuana plants, dried weed and various drug paraphernalia in the home's grow house, there were also four children between the ages of 2 and 5 present during the time of the raid. What type of example was Fanton setting? Anyway, he was charged with with criminal possession of marijuana, unlawfully growing weed and unlawfully dealing with a child. Almeter was charged with criminal possession of marijuana and unlawfully dealing with a child.
