Succeeding massively in integrating new characters into the Halo universe, the Forward Unto Dawn series of trailers also sets the tone flawlessly for Halo 4.
The two minute trailer profiles some of the rookie enlistees of the UNSC, and what roles they may play in Halo 4. The live-actions tie in trailers are a stroke of genius on 343 Industries part, setting the tone for the new game.
It gives the series an even more human feel by talking about why, or why not, these rookies think they deserve to wear the armor. Forward Unto Dawn premieres October 5 and Halo 4 drops shortly afterwards on November 6.
