Ready for a tale of adventures in fucked up babysitting? A mother left her 5-year-old son in the care of 47-year-old Stacey Kerres at the River Palm Hotel in Melbourne, FL while she went to gamble, and Kerres ended up losing the child. Police were called after hotel staff noticed the boy was left alone for an hour. The police went searching for Kerres, and soon found her lying drunk and topless in the hotel's parking lot.
They were able to identify her by her rose and dagger tattoo, and said she was "lethargic and incoherent" when they found her. She even told them "I don’t even know where [the boy] is right now." Police weren't able to find the boy's mother, but Kerres was charged with child neglect. The fact that the mother left her kid with a questionable "babysitter" so she could gamble, and then was ghost after the fact is an even bigger problem.
