Ever since Adrian Peterson tore his ACL and MCL, he's been benched and has been undergoing physical rehabilitation. What's rad is that his doctors are using motion controlled video games to help A.P. get back on the field faster.

Utilizing the Wii Balance Board and the Wii Fit, Peterson is able to exercise his injured knee. Doctors have even designed some custom exercises to help rebuild and repair the damage done to the knee.

We've all seen those video displays at your local gym that are powered by peddling on your stationary bike, but this is completely diffident. It's actually pretty awesome to see the technology being utilized like this. Check out the full video to see how it's all put into action.
