Perhaps it's been there for a while, but the Internet is just finding out about this topless photo of Miley Cyrus. The photo, which shows the singer/actress in a bathtub barely covering her boobs, was taken by celebrity photographer Vijat Mohindra and is available on his website (which we'd link to if it wasn't totally NSFW). The shot is said to have been for Liam Hemsworth's eyes only, but the fact that it's available online kind of puts the kibosh on that idea.
