For a 19-year-old, Miley Cyrus is a tad deeper than she lets on. She got engaged to Liam Hemsworth in early June, which had lots of people scratching their heads like, "Wtf?" But maybe her grasp on love belies her age.
“Life is too short not to be with the person you want to be with," she tells Marie Claire. "I don’t really care about the wedding or the piece of paper as much as I do the promise we’ve made to each other. And we want to have a long engagement.”
Which is all just to say that she's got a pretty firm grip on something besides Hemsworth's junk. She's got a better idea about what life's all about than folks twice her age.
