Yep, it's official. Michael Phelps is dating model/actress Megan Rossee. Instagram is one thing, a red carpet is another.
Though they reportedly ducked questions about his relationship status, Phelps and Rossee walked the red carpet at a Speedo event in London last night, looking very much like a couple.
According to E! News, the pair have been dating for five months.
