Mary-Kate Olsen and Olivier Sarkozy are getting serious, and they have the new apartment to prove it.
Mary-Kate, 26, and Olivier, the 42-year-old brother of former French president Nicolas Sarkozy, were spotted stepping out of the $6.25 million townhouse he recently bought in the East Village of NYC yesterday (August 20). While it's not confirmed that she's also living with him (and essentially taking the next step in their relationship), the new place does plant him blocks closer to Olsen, who lives in New York and is prepping for next month's Fashion Week.
