Nikon Rumors just published this intriguing leaked photo of a rumored new Nikon camera that will run on Google's Android mobile platform. From the front, the camera looks just like any number of little black point-and-shoots currently on the market, but flip it over and you're greeted with a large touchscreen displaying a grid of familiar icons that's pulled straight from the smartphone playbook.

The rumored device is said to run Android 2.3 Gingerbread, which is unfortunate since Android 4.1 is just around the corner. Since Nikon hasn't yet confirmed the existence of the camera, other details are scarce. We'll keep you updated when there's an official announcement.
