Lady Gaga teased her 27 million Twitter followers when she recently tweeted a picture of her new tattoo, which spells out the word "ARTPOP," and captioned the photo with the words, "New Ink, New Album."
Could Gaga's new tattoo be the title of her new album? Or is she merely marking the fact the her next album is wrapped and coming soon? After all, she mentioned earlier in the summer that she would be releasing details on her next album this September.
