According to Deadline, The Hunger Games' Jennifer Lawrence is in talks to star in the upcoming The Ends of the Earth, an Escape Artists-produced film which was recently acquired by The Weinstein Company.
A far cry from The Hunger Games, the film is a "fact-based love story about a powerful oil tycoon Ernest Marland, who has everything stripped from him after he is caught in an affair with Lydie, his adopted daughter." Scandalous. There is no director attached to the project yet, but the screenplay has reportedly been written by Argo's Chris Terrio.
