Jawbone is looking to brighten up the world of mobile speakers with a new version of its popular Jambox bluetooth speaker that will come in a variety of custom colors. Starting August 28, customers will be able to create their own Jambox by picking from 13 different color options for the speaker grill and nine different options for the speaker's top and bottom panels. Customization will be available via the Jawbone website.
The customized Jambox won't cost any more than the traditional model— it'll still go for $199. The company also said it currently has no plans to bring custom colors to Jambox's bigger brother Big Jambox.
