Cody Ray Gibbs just got his second DUI strike, only this time it went down on a bulldozer. The 22-year-old Georgia native was arrested last week after drunkenly crashing a bulldozer into a concrete curbing on August 2, resulting in about $10,000 worth of damage. He was charged with felony criminal damage.

Gibbs was also arrested on July 28 for DUI after he was caught driving without a license and making an improper lane change. He needs to avoid any combination of vehicles and liquor.
