67-year-old Ulysses Chapman of Tampa, FL, has a rap sheet the length of the state. He's been arrested over 20 times, but his latest crime is by far the most heinous. Chapman has been accused of pouring gasoline on 40-year-old Anita Michelle Amadi, lighting her on fire, and then locking her in his vehicle after the two got into an argument.
According to police, Chapman says he told the woman he would light her on fire if she didn't "shut up." He made good on his promise. He was charged with aggravated battery, great bodily harm, second-degree arson, cocaine possession, and his bond was revoked.
