Some people just can't let go of the '80s—or their perversions. 44-year-old Scott Basko was arrested and banned from the Glendale Galleria for allegedly assaulting teenage girls while wearing a full-body zebra print spandex suit and a feather boa.

A group of girls ages 13 to 15 reportedly hid from Basko inside of Cashe clothing store, prompting an employee to call the police. Officers who approached Basko said his obnoxious gum-chewing could be mistaken for "other actions."

Basko was charged with three counts of misdemeanor child molestation, yet still denies the charges. This isn't the first time he's been banned from a mall, either. He was also banned from Americana at Brand because he "intentionally [adjusted] his penis while wearing skin-tight pants."

Hopefully, this'll put an end to his track record of inappropriately freaky behavior.
