Blake Lively isn't fond of on-camera nudity, so much so that she recently announced that she will not participate in any scenes that involve taking her clothes off.
"When I see nudity in movies, I am always distracted by it," the 24-year-old actress tells Style. "I know that if I am watching a scene and someone has their boobs out, then that's all I'm looking at. I can't help it. I just don't think that will ever be right for me."
We would understand if the reason was because she is uncomfortable taking her clothes off on camera, but it's because she is "always distracted by it." What does that even mean? We think on-camera nudity helps move the plot along just fine. In fact, the more, the better is out motto. Can you imagine what movies would be like if every actress took Blake Lively's point of view?
We hope this is just a fleeting sentiment. Perhaps she'll be singing a different tune if the money's right.
