With its victory over the Korean electronics giant, Apple is pouring salt in the wound by pushing for the ban on eight Samsung devices.

Apple on Monday presented the following devices to a judge which they want pulled from selves: Galaxy S 4G, Galaxy S2 AT&T, Galaxy Prevail,  Galaxy S2 T-Mobile, Galaxy S2 Epic 4G, Galaxy S Showcase, Droid Charge and Galaxy S2.

The judge will review the evidence for the sale ban on September 20. With the September 21 date being thrown around the rumor mill for the next iPhone release date a judgment banning these popular Samsung devices will only bring an early Christmas to Apple. Samsung is also currently fighting the design patent ban of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in the United States. The $1 billion verdict was the icing on the cake for Apple, since it only represents 1.5 percent of Samsung's annual revenue. A ban, however, would be a severe blow to future earnings of the company.
