Last week a bug was discovered within iPhone's which allowed hackers to attack your device with a simple SMS message. Android, the biggest rival to the iPhone has been plagued with a similar SMS hazard.
The Trojan!SMSZombie.A malware was discovered by TrustGo Security and once infected the malware can make unauthorized payments and steal bank card information. Luckily the malware was discovered early and is primarily found in the Gfan app, China's largest mobile app marketplace. Android's everywhere are still at risk so it is suggested that you only download apps from trusted developers in Google Play.
