There was another gun buyback in Queens over the weekend, and over 500 weapons were turned in. A police statement revealed that some unusual firearms appeared, including an AK-47, a Tec-9, and a Calico 9mm with a 50-round magazine.
245 revolvers, 168 semi-automatic pistols, 35 rifles, 26 shotguns, 5 sawed-off shotguns, 2 assault weapons, and 28 other randoms weapons, like BB guns, were turned in. The event was clearly productive, but if you weren't already aware, people really aren't fucking around out here.
