All these accidents Amanda Bynes keeps getting in are beginning to take their toll.

Due to her most recent fender bender, the L.A. City Attorney is reopening the case file for the hit-and-run she was allegedly involved in back in April. In that crash, Bynes is said to have rear-ended a BMW with her rental car, then sped away on the 101 Freeway. But at the time there were no witnesses, so the case got tossed.

After she was accused of another hit-and-run on August 4th, prosecutors started scratching their heads thinking that maybe something fishy was going on. So they've cracked that April case back open, and Bynes could potentially wind up with two misdemeanor hit-and-run charges. Those charges could potentially land her in jail for six months.
