According to Deadline, Vince Vaughn is set to star in Braveheart director Randall Wallace's next film Gunslingers, and produce it through his company Wild West Picture Show. Hey, anything's better than Couple's Retreat.
As for the plot, the film is being described as "an action adventure set in modern-day Los Angeles, where heroic and iconic characters from the past collide with contemporary urban reality...it’s a movie that explores what real heroism is in a fun and unexpected way." This will only be valid if it includes Lassie.
No word yet on who Vaughn's character will be or who else will be featured in the film.
