Samsung scored a huge win today in its fight against Apple when U.K. Judge Colin Birss ruled that the Korean company's Galaxy tablets don't infringe on the iPad design. However, with that win came a sort of sobering realization as to why the Galaxy series can't be called an iPad clone: it's simply not as cool as Apple's tablet.
