His reign of terror is over. New York police have apprehended Anthony Perri, the “serial foot licker,” who was seeking the feet of girls between the ages of five and ten. Perri was caught at the Penfield Library in Penfield, NY, after “inappropriately touching a young child’s feet.”
While in court, Perri claimed that he was being set up. The security footage from five other cases at bookstores and libraries in the area suggest otherwise. Perri, who specializes in the perverted act of removing little girl’s shoes prior to licking their feet, has been charged with sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
Good luck with the whole “conspiracy” defense, though—we’re sure a judge and jury will be sympathetic.
