Obtained by Kara Swisher of AllThingsD, here's the internal, confidential memo Marissa Mayer sent out to the troops at Yahoo! after joining the company earlier this week as CEO. In it, the 37-year-old (who is now raking in the big bucks) encourages Yahoos to keep plugging away despite the whirlwind changes at the company in the past few months.
"While I have some ideas, I need to develop a more informed perspective before making strategy or direction changes. In the meantime, please do not stop. You are doing important work," she writes.
