Things seem to be picking up steam between Mary-Kate Olsen and Olivier Sarkozy.Page Six reports that Sarkozy is buying a townhouse downtown in New York City, perhaps to be closer to Mary-Kate.
"They are really, really happy,” says a source. “And Olivier is buying a townhouse below 14th Street, to be with Mary-Kate. We are told they’re not officially moving in together — they both think it’s too early for that. But he’s telling friends that Mary-Kate is the best thing that has happened to him in a long time.”
Sarkozy finally sold his townhouse on the Upper East Side of Manhattan earlier this year for $8.4 million. He was living in an apartment in Chelsea, rented at a clip of $15,000 a month, while he waited for it to sell. Chump change.
