Rodney Valentine, 37, had just been released from Rockingham County jail in North Carolina on Saturday when he was arrested again for trespassing because he refused to leave. Valentine, who had been locked up since May 22, refused to budge because the sheriff's office wouldn't give him a ride to a motel.

He was charged with second degree trespassing by deputies after deciding to extend his visit into Sunday afternoon. He's currently being held on $500 bail, and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 9. Some people just seem to like jail, and not because they enjoy the luxury living. Some folks are just too stupid to avoid returning.

Let's hope he has a ride next time. For his sake.
