Miley Cyrus hasn't released any new songs in a while, but that doesn't mean she's been resting her singing voice.
Case in point, over the weekend, when she sang "Happy Birthday" to drag queen Vickie Vox at Beacher’s Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel.
“It was ridiculous,” said an attendee. “She normally keeps to herself but she just jumped up, as there were like three birthday people on stage — it was so fun."
Miley added her own flare to the tune, though.
“Happy birthday to Vicky Vox, with those big ole big t**ties," she sang. "Happy birthday, Vicky Vox.”
