A Vietnamese restaurant in Florida has been accused of secretly including rodents on the menu. According to an anonymous complaint, Thuy Cafe in St. Petersburg captures rats from its roof and dumpster, cleans and cooks them, then serves them to customers.

The Huffington Post reached out to restaurant owner Thuy Le, who not only denied the accusation, but steered them to the Thuy Cafe Facebook page:

I was stunned, appalled and outraged this morning when one of my loyal customers called me and told me that there was a news segment broadcast on Channel 10 News alleging that Thuy’s was capturing and cooking RATS at our café!

Le also explained to the Huffington Post that the footage which showed rats being cooked and cleaned was filmed in Vietnam, not Florida. Customers are defending the restaurant, and what's the restaurant business without a little controversy, right?
