One of the most touted features of the Samsung Galaxy S III is Buddy Photo Share, a system that allows you to easily share photos with the people you take pictures of using the phone. It aims to eliminate the need to take the same photo with everyone's phone or camera. Flock, a new app made by the people who created the Bump app, allows iPhones to do the same thing, albeit in a different way.

Here's how it works: You take a photo of your friends using your iPhone, Flock then goes through your Facebook friends and, using camera metadata, figures out which of your friends you're with, it then creates a photo album and shares it with those friends. Any photos taken by those friends are also added to the album. The Flock team calls it magical. We call it cool. The service works with any iPhone camera app, including Instagram.

Flock is available now from the Apple App Store for free.
