We're as peeved as anyone that the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series of atmospheric, apocalyptic PC shooters isn't going to continue as planned, but if Survarium can deliver on all its promises we might not mind as much.
The MMOFPS from Vostok Games is planned for a launch toward the end of 2013. It's set after a global apocalypse, in a world where mutated and evolved plants and animals are purposely eliminating human society. It'll feature both PVE and PVP, and it'll be free-to-play.
Survarium won't tie in directly with the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. universe, but atmospherically they'll likely be similar, and Vostok says that a deep and constantly evolving storyline will be important in Survarium.
