The photo above is our first look at the shooter behind today's Colorado movie theater massacre, courtesy of TMZ. The man's name is James Holmes and he was a student at the University of Colorado where he attended the School of Medicine. The photo itself was released by the school.
We're also just learning that after being arrested, Holmes told police that he had explosives in his apartment. Police were then forced to send the bomb squad to his residence, which was apparently armed with "sophisticated" booby traps, according to MSNBC.
