That's right, the law has allowed 2nd Avenue Deli to serve its "Instant Heart Attack Sandwich" after ruling that the name was not stolen from Vegas's Heart Attack Grill. The Vegas restaurant goes overboard with the hospital theme, complete with sexy nurse uniforms, but the deli serves kosher food like "a traditional Manhattan deli," a judge ruled.

So, because of the different business models, 2nd Avenue Deli can serve the meat heart-attack, as well as it's new baby. For a staggering $34.95, you can try your hand at the "Triple Bypass" sandwich, which comes stacked with your choice of turkey, salami, or corned beef and three latkes. If you don't die, you'll enjoy it.
