Slater’s 50/50 is famous for its 50/50 burger, which consists of 50 percent ground beef and 50 percent bacon. The Southern California burger chain decided to celebrate Independence Day in the most American way possible: all the bacon you can handle. This led to The ‘Merica burger, composed of 100 percent ground bacon. It's the burger of the month for July.
