Williamsburg, we hope you’re excited for the arrival of Blue Collar (160 Havemeyer St., Store #2) The new-old joint pays homage to the burger establishments of yesterday with a bulletproof “keep it simple, stupid” philosophy. That’s the motto. In addition to $4 burgers, they also serve an all-beef hot dog for $2.75 and fries that are “generously” accented by salt and pepper for $2.25 to $3.25.
As Gothamist notes, nothing on the menu costs over $6.25. Get down there and try something.
